mousses~

chocolate mousse~~ serve 6-8

1. First melt 230gm of dark couverture chocolate with 15gm of butter in bain marie( water bath ) un til 75% melted~

2. Then boil sugar and water until soft ball~ try to use a folk and drop a drop of boiled sugar into ice water.. try to touch it, it will be soft if it not over boil..

3. Let sugar to cool slightly, whisk into 3pc of egg yolk.

4. Boil 180gm of sugar with 50ml water until soft ball(118 C) and make italian meringe with 3pcs egg white.

Finally fold the meringe into chocolate mixture + (3). Turn the mixture into coffee cup and chill.

Lemon mousse

1. First bring 250ml of milk to boil. Combine 100gm sugar, 4pcs egg yolk and 20gm corn flour and pour into warm milk and bring back to cook, this to make pastry cream, set aside allowed to cool.

2. Soak 5g of gelatine powder with i nos of lemon juice for 10 mins and mix with 40gm sugar bring to boil and slightly cool down, water bath to melt when use .

3. Make italian meringue with 100gm of sugar boil with 6tbsp of water. Beat 4pcs of egg white.

4. Finally beat pastry cream and stir in lemon mix, fold in meringue then turn into glass and chill.

Strawberry fruit mousse

1. Dissolve 15gm of gelatine with 8ogm of sugar and 3 tbsp of water.

2. Stir in 200gm of strawberry fruit puree and leave until it begin to set.

3. Beat 300gm of Golden Cream. Stir in 2 spoon of cream into fruit mixture then follow with the remaining cream.

Yesterday night was at Dolphin cafe drink white coffee..my Coffee taste not so pro~ rather go back ipoh drink^^ I was thinking to order escargot in the cafe.. but i thought about last 2 years i tried it before at the cafe.. its not nice to eat la~ I miss Pat Kin Pat San de cheese bake escargot la...T>T

So we talk about this shell seafood~ then decide to go find some to eat.. my friend calling his friend about where to find delicios shell seafood.. About 1 something we going to maluri "NON DARK SKY" 不夜天food court and try to find some~

This was my first try on this kind of shell seafood~炒"吸"旋螺~ its too funny when eat it.. we need to suck the meat from the shell^^

Monday dessert's class cancel~

First.. sorry to my few friends... about i really forgot to sms to notice u.. hehe~

Just now mommy car's tyre was buncit.. so geng o! whole tyre was broken like kena cut the whole tube... We went to rescue her near the round-about at kuari road... so hot like bakar babi ( '@' ) My dear went back to his shop half way rescuing my mom's car, when he come back he said that the road jam till pandan indah because of my mom's car was blocking the road ..
wao.. so geng, malaysian's driving skill~ 3 lane become 2 only ma..

Today was my date with my tiger ~ For a long while we didnt really have our own date cause every time we go out always 5 in a car or 4~ His brother n gf or adding his cousin brother in~ sad for a period about this la...

If today i didnt drive my brother's SLK ( Super little kancil ) go to find my dear, obviosly we won't go out together but adding his brother and his gf, and won't going out early..

We go to 1-Utama gai-gai for about 4hrs.. end up nothing to buy_ no extra money for us to spent la~ so we need to work hard for our life~ It is more fun to walk with him without others.. I'll like this more then need to peduli others who following us..

Ohya.. i bought 5 container specially for my monday dessert's class to dapao back home~ hehe~

After that we went to klcc isetan bought Sushi for my bro and sushi ingredient to make homemade sushi~~

Today mood didn't really very happy... is just i can be with my dear ~ feel happy abit la.. But i rather go out with my friends~ sorry dear ~

It has been too long i didnt update my blog.. sometime just too many time to let me waste online playing facebook~ playfish games~

This morning my mom decide to make steamboat for dinner at home and ajak my few aunty come and gathering.. ok, so we just drive to pasar pagi near my hse and bought a box of food ( cause we use to put ice for those fresh balls, fish .. ) haha ^^
It was tired after a whole morning getting ready for our dinner .. actually i don't really help much.. gegeege~

it was fun gather with my cousins and talk about what happend in our life..
I try to carve a papaya that keep in my fridge from my monday carving class but its not success la.. the papaya too soft ady~ haha~ so next time will do the better one~
